Set the global merchandising vision, strategy and assortment plan for the Outlet Channel at worldwide level, and drive the global go-to-market strategy and process.?Drive sales results and profit maximization, aligning the Regions to the global vision.

Job Description

Product and Business Strategy

• Implement seasonal product strategies to support key global business needs and align with brand strategy
• Partner and effectively build relationships with Regional Merchants to drive business and implement strategies tailored to market needs while remaining coherent to global framework
• Oversee the pricing strategy of each Region, defining when and how to participate to promotional events
• Coordinate centrally regional markdown lists maintaining a global eye on the stock on hand and to come and on the sales potential of all the items in every Region
• Identify ?carryover? items in the Outlet channel in order to preserve more iconic pieces and make sure to always have a complete and coherent product assortment in every season
• Review and approve lists of products selected from Regions for local sample sales and destruction
• Coordinate communication with third parties serving as ?alternative? sales channels

Assortment Planning

• Centrally define delivery windows for new collections and when possible of each theme within the collections
• Constantly monitor regional product assortments to make sure that local merchants are actually maximizing any business opportunity in order to meet brand & financial objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of previous and proven experience in the role or as Retail Merchandiser at a WW level on RTW, LG, Shoes categories (Man & Woman)
• Excellent knowledge of Fashion & Luxury market and dynamics
• Fluent Italian and English, other languages will be appreciated
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Availability to travel upon request
